Bayelsa-Amassoma Land Reclamation
Bayelsa State Government

The Government of Bayelsa State has an area of 210 hectares at Amassoma, Bayelsa to be filled with an approximate 1.0m of sand. The project will benefit Niger Delta University upon completion. The work involves the dredging 3,000,000 cubic feet of sand from the nearby creek bed using the Willbros Kitty Bean suction cutter dredge, the distribution of soil and the right-of-way clearing.


Reclaimation of Land at Oghulagha, Warri
Energopol Nigeria Ltd.

Oghulaha is the nearest land mass to the Forcados Terminal. The work scope involves the initial survey of the site/ borrow pit, clearing of all bush, scrubs, grass and trees from site, provision and installation of temporary pipes for dewatering, construction of bund walls to retain the fill material; also, the pumping of 900 thousand cu. meters of sand from the adjoining river/creeks and the final survey of Site / borrow pit.
