Facilities

Site 1 :

Ascot’s Choba Base Facility is located approximately 40-km northwest of Port Harcourt, just off the East-West Road near the intersection of Choba-NTA Road (Uni-Port Junction)

Ascot operates three separate yards known as “Site 1”, “Site 2”, and “Site 3”. Sites 1 and 2 are separated by the New Calabar River and can be reached by either road or water. Site 2 is within a line-of-site across the river from Site 1. Ascot’ Site 3 Yard is located approximately 3-km down East-West Road from Site 1, and 1.5-km down East-West Road from Site 2

Ascot’s Yard at Site 1 is approximately 76 acres in size, with over 500 meters of usable water frontage

The back of Ascot’s Site 1 Yard faces the New Calabar River and provides access to all the major inter-coastal waterways

Ascot’ Marine Jetty at Site 1 is sheet piled to a length of approximately 100 meters and has a usable draft of 5 meters for ease of performing load-in, load-out, and other marine services

Site 2:

Ascot’ “Site 2” location is located in the same approximate location as Site 1, on the opposite side of the New Calabar River

The back of Ascot’ Site 2 Yard also faces the New Calabar River and provides access to all the major inter-coastal waterways

Site 2 Yard is approximately 88 acres in size, with over 160 meters of usable water frontage

Ascot’ Marine Jetty at Site 2 is sheet piled to a length of approximately 60 meters and has a usable draft of 6 meters
