Who we are
Ascot Africa Limited is a holding company for complementary businesses and services in the Nigerian and West African oil & gas sector. In February 2007, we acquired the Nigerian assets of Willbros Group Inc - an international contractor that provides construction and engineering services to the oil & gas and power industries.
With this acquisition, Ascot became the largest indigenous company in the Nigerian oil and gas market as well as in the West Africa sub-region. The new company benefits from a solid track record and storied technical expertise and capability. We have over 46 years experience (since 1962) in providing solutions in some of the most difficult terrain in Nigeria and West Africa.
