Mr. Imasekha is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, England and Wales and also has an MBA from the City University London. At various times he has attended the AMP courses of Oxford University in the United Kingdom and Harvard University.

Steve Judd - Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Judd is British and holds a B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering) and an M.Sc. (Management Science) degree, he is a Member of the Energy Institute and an Associate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He has over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry, throughout the world of which the last 7 years were spent engaged in Nigeria.

Emmanuel Nwachukwu - Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nwachukwu holds a B.Sc (Accounting) and an Advanced Management Programme Certificate from LBS. He brings several years of accounting/corporate banking experience to bear on the Group. |

Joey Obue - Executive Director/Chief Business Development Officer
Mr. Obue holds a B.Sc (Economics) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Economists of Nigeria and member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He has industry versatility in the marine, oil and gas sub-sectors.

Chief Joseph Penawou - Director
Joseph is a director of the Ascot companies in Nigeria and sits on other corporate boards, including Nigdel United Oil Company, Marca International Limited, Penawou Investment Limited, Tubos International Limited, Tubos Ventures Limited, and Pena Oil and Gas. He pioneered the first Chinese Drilling Rig in Nigeria by coming into partnership with Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau, (HPEB), a Chinese Company, which became operational in 2005. Chief Joseph Tubodei Penawou is also a philanthropist.

Chijioke Igwe - Director-Projects & Engineering
A Civil Engineering graduate, Chijioke started his engineering career in 1984; he has since raked in over 20 years working experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Nigeria. He has served in various capacities as QA/QC Engineer, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager and Deputy District Operations Manager. He has handled Flow stations, pump stations, pipelines and platforms. |
